How to Install jcal software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

jcal software package provides UNIX-cal-like tool to display Jalali calendar, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install jcal

jcal is installed in your system.

Make ensure the jcal package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jcal *

You will get with jcal package name, version, architecture and description in a table
